All fish accepted to our factory are only from landing sites approved by the competent authority. The fish is carefully checked by quality controllers for freshness, colour and temperature.
Our quality controllers have been trained in Europe regarding the acceptable quality levels for the European Market. All batches of fish are tested for Histamine at the factory and approved by the In House laboratory personnel before the products are processed. |
